As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Went through the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for four cars. Regardless I know people are short staffed so I get it. Got my bag and my drink and pulled forward. Found out they forgot my fries. Back in the line I go. Another 10 minute wait and then the girl actually asked for my receipt like I hadn't just gone through the line 10 minutes ago. Regardless, I showed it to her, she grabbed a bag with fries handed them to me and shut the glass. No sorry, have a good night, nothing. Food was good so I'll save it from one stars but customer service I'd give a negative five

    Employee was working alone so attitude was expected but over all amazing food and very cheap was $20 for two medium meals with drinks

    The food is good but the wait time can sometimes be ridiculous. People with small children can’t sit in a drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting for food. This has happened to me two or three times now.
