  Took forever for someone to come take our order. She was rude right from the get go. My husband ordered an Ultimate Chicago Tavern Style pizza, she said it didn't exist and he showed her on the menu where it was. The employee asked us what was on it. So my husband sat there and read the description to her and she said oh an ultimate with an attitude. She said it'd be ready in 10 minutes so we went to the store next door. Shopper a little and came back in 15 minutes later. My husband sat there for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to acknowledge him so we could get our pizza. Then it wasn't ready. That was 25 mins after the 10 mins she told us it'd be done. He came back to the car and waited another 15 mins until it was finally done.

  Horrible horrible horrible every time I order from this place it’s nasty sauce nasty !! No cheese and the way they did me tonight!! Like will never have my service!! $20 for this no I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

  Literally have to wait in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes every time. If you order from here you literally mine well just start pulling up and order at the window and just wait and hold up the drive through.

  Been going to the one on Belmont avenue recently usually I go to the one near the Eastwood Mall. Belmont avenue of really been enjoying a customer service the ladies working there have really been into their jobs. Very friendly and fun!
