    Placed my order and 3 hours later we still did not get our order. Called multiple times and only got a hold of a person one time and asked to please hold. Never got my food.

    Not sure what happened this time. We love this Pizza Hut and tonight our pizza was burned to a crisp. We never thought to check before we left because usually everything is fine. The guy was running around like crazy.. maybe he was trying to do it all by himself. I don’t know but the pizza was horrible.. very disappointed today.

    The moment I spoke to the woman on the phone for a pick up order- I noticed how kind, upbeat patient and friendly she was. Her tone was very clear and upbeat. When I picked up my order- the voice over the phone matched all of this. This was a very positive and joyful experience and this is important because sometimes simply ordering food can be the opposite. Beautiful employee. Thank you.

    Seems like every time I order from this one, the toppings get further and further away from the edge of the pizza. This one is ridiculous. How hard is it to make a cheese pizza?
