    The manager here couldn’t care less about her customers. She is rude and utterly unwilling to help. I will never order from this Panera again.

    I love eating at panera but man seems like no one can read. Online order said baguettes, not chips, what do i get? 2 bags of chips.. not that hard. Especially when they werent busy..

    Paid over $12 for a sandwich & they forgot the avocado I called & she said drive all the way back here with your half eaten sandwich to correct um no I'm done with Panera that is NOT customer service pathetic! Customers don't want to drive all the way back when they are already home & sitting down eating because they couldn't do the job right the first time! Managers wake up just comp customers over the phone with a free item when they return or THEY WILL NOT RETURN

    Hate it here now.....New owners and processed everything....never thought a bagel would suck!!!! Cookies hard as a rock....used to be warm and soft.....lost my business!!!!

    I just bought a $6 yogurt. It is joke. There is literally 1 tablespoon of yogurt with a few strawberries. No blueberries, nothing. These used to be the best parfaits now they are child size rip offs. Never again. Had I seen it before I got to the office I most definitely would not have purchased it. Save your $$ go elsewhere for yogurt. So disappointed
