  One of the worst locations you could ever choose to visit. For the life of me, I will never understand how no matter what time you go there: breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can expect cold food almost every single time and the slowest service known to mankind. This location has never been slow of customers when I've gone, yet I've never gotten a warm breakfast sandwich, burger or fresh fries even a step above luke warm. It's the weirdest thing ever. I didn't go back inside to get warm food tonight because 1. I don't visit this location too often anymore anyway. I should've known not to pass go lol. I live around the corner from this place and usually drive to the YSU location due. I didn't want to take that drive tonight and here we are. 2. I'm just so over it. Lol. I will not go back. If I want McD's, then I've just gotta get in the mood to take the drive out go elsewhere. It helps to avoid the annoyance of having to go home and put my food in the air fryer, oven or microwave to warm it up. My food is in the oven while I'm writing this review.

  Very rude people the lady that wears the pink vest is rud refuses to take everyones order. Takes 30 minutes or longer to get your food it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to avoid it the one on Belmont is 10 times better

  If their is a good McDonald's out there, this place is definitely not one of them. Unfortunately it's the only fast food close to me or I'd never go back. Consistently shorting me on fries, and just had a double cheeseburger that I had to take home and heat up because it must've been leftover from yesterday.

  Coffee ice cold. Said no problem just pull up and I'll bring it right out. I pulled up and had to call them in thirty minutes. Then they brought it out.

  I consistently put in my online order for my coffee at least 10 minutes before I get there. I have often had to wait a really long time for my order. Walk ins got their orders before I did, and door dash as well. I waited a total of 37 minutes from the time I put my order in for my coffee. This is completely unacceptable. Unless you have a lot of time to kill, I would not recommend going to this particular location.
