They lied to Me about Having Espresso and it's On the Menu 🤣😂. They Said They Couldn't give us Ice water Because the " Ice Machine was Broken, but We Can Buy Their Bottled water!! After that I Finally Parked My Vehicle and Walked inside the Store and Calmly Told them That I Was Sick of Getting Served Burned Food and Cold Hard French Fries 🍟 🙃. I Told them Exactly how I Felt about The Below Poor Service!! They Made Me 2 New DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS AND I LEFT AND HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE. THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES THAT WILL KEEP THE MCDONALD'S TRADITION ALIVE AND THRIVING AND NOT IGNORANT LIARS AS EMPLOYEES THAT RUSH YOU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER, LIKE THEY HAVE A LINE OF CUSTOMERS THAT IS ALL THE WAY TO THE STREET!! I'LL GO SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANOTHER MCDONALD'S IN ANOTHER CITY BEFORE I GO BACK THERE!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THE LOBBY HAD MAYBE 6 CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE ACTING LIKE THEY WERE COOKING FOR A FOOTBALL TEAM THAT JUST WON A GAME!! SADDENING AND PATHETIC!! AND LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED A FILET OF FISH WITH THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT, AND THEY PUT IT ON BOTH OF MY FISH SANDWICHES AND THEN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY SAID THAT MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T TELL THEM THAT SHE WANTED THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE, AND MADE HER FEEL LIKE IT WAS HER FAULT WHEN THE RECEIPT CLEARLY SAID 2 FILET OF FISH WITH TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE!! LIKE I SAID THEY NEED TO FIRE THEM ALL AND START FRESH WITH A NEW TEAM!!
