  Went through drive through and the lady said only door dash orders. Yet their website says open 24 hours. So I went home and ordered food. Fires tasted like they were says old and cold as hell. My burger was burnt and dried out. I emailed them about it and they tried blaming the driver.. smdg she was awesome and fast. Do not eat here

  I Usually go through the Drive thru and Place my order and 1 out of 10 Visits at this location I Got Burned Double Cheeseburgers and What looks like Burned Grill Scraps on Both of The Double Cheeseburgers I Ordered. They lied to Me about Having Espresso and it's On the Menu 🤣😂. They Said They Couldn't give us Ice water Because the " Ice Machine was Broken, but We Can Buy Their Bottled water!! After that I Finally Parked My Vehicle and Walked inside the Store and Calmly Told them That I Was Sick of Getting Served Burned Food and Cold Hard French Fries 🍟 🙃. I Told them Exactly how I Felt about The Below Poor Service!! They Made Me 2 New DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS AND I LEFT AND HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE. THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES THAT WILL KEEP THE MCDONALD'S TRADITION ALIVE AND THRIVING AND NOT IGNORANT LIARS AS EMPLOYEES THAT RUSH YOU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER, LIKE THEY HAVE A LINE OF CUSTOMERS THAT IS ALL THE WAY TO THE STREET!! I'LL GO SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANOTHER MCDONALD'S IN ANOTHER CITY BEFORE I GO BACK THERE!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THE LOBBY HAD MAYBE 6 CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE ACTING LIKE THEY WERE COOKING FOR A FOOTBALL TEAM THAT JUST WON A GAME!! SADDENING AND PATHETIC!! AND LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED A FILET OF FISH WITH THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT, AND THEY PUT IT ON BOTH OF MY FISH SANDWICHES AND THEN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY SAID THAT MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T TELL THEM THAT SHE WANTED THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE, AND MADE HER FEEL LIKE IT WAS HER FAULT WHEN THE RECEIPT CLEARLY SAID 2 FILET OF FISH WITH TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE!! LIKE I SAID THEY NEED TO FIRE THEM ALL AND START FRESH WITH A NEW TEAM!!

  manager RUDE! the place is dirty, has teenagers on phones, no gloves, i seen a lady go in her pants and give someone their food! SEEN THE SAME DRINKS IN THE SAME SPOT FOR A MONTH!

  for the most part the employees are awesome here. mcdonald's food sucks though. the neighborhood.... meh

  Place to mobile order and when I went through the drive-thru the clerk insisted there was no order and refused to give me my food. Went home and spoke with the manager and she apologized stating they've had more than one problem with this employee. So why is she still working? There? Told me to come back to get the food but it was not worth my time and gas to drive back to the restaurant. Will never return to that McDonald's. Shame on them
