The bathroom was clean. Was ignored at the counter long enough I finally just left. If you're not going through the drive-thru don't bother

I go here every weekday before I go to work and always ask for less ice in my drinks. So when I pulled up to the window I was given this signature latte with ice filled to the top of the drink and of course it’s all watered down. I asked the lady if it’s less ice and she said “yes” so after shaking it around noticing that there’s wayyy more ice instead of product I walked in. I asked for a shot of espresso she said it’s extra and I said “I ordered less ice” all respectful as this girl rolled her eyes at me and yelled back to her coworker “HEY WHEN DID THAT THING START WHEN THEY ASK FOR LIGHT ICE WE JUST DON’T FILL THE CUP UP ALL THE WAY???” The reason why I ask for light ice or a shot of espresso is because if I don’t the iced coffee is watered down and doesn’t taste like coffee but instead water. Mannnn go on with the attitudes just say you can’t do it instead of lying and popping attitudes. Starbucks would never. I’m never mean or rude with the employees but they seem to be mad about everything. Just do it right the first time. Now when I go I just won’t ask for less ice and when I do want less ice I’ll go to Starbucks because dunkin employees are so moody. This used to be such a good location too!

I ordered a large frozen hot chocolate after work (around 5:15) service was quick so I pulled forward. Waited about 5-7 minutes. Got up to the window had exact change and the girl handed me my bacon egg and cheese wraps. Then she tried handing me back change. I’m like no, I gave you exactly the order price. She said oh yeah, I must be tweaking (whatever that means), she was very nice though, I’m just old (44) and I don’t know what tweaking means. She handed me my drink and a straw. I started heading home and took a big sip and it that drink was the most disgusting thing I had ever tasted in my life. Then I took the straw and stirred everything around cause stuff settles, nope, still gross. I mean nothing about this was good. It tasted like I was sucking on a bunch of sour frozen coffee beans. Nasty. Won’t be going there again.

This location is junk. They have 50 people working but no one is competent enough to make a single drink. Sucks there are no other options in cornersburg
