The young lady As she spelled her name out ( KENNEDY) to me as I asked her what was her name
She was very rude not ONLY TO ME BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY AT or around 3pm on Saturday 01/10/2026 as I entered the restaurant to pick up a order Kennedy told me that my order would only take a second meanwhile waiting the manager on duty came out from the office asking KENNEDY THE EMPLOYEE NOT TO TAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WITHOUT RINGING THE ORDER INTO THE REGISTER ALSO EXPLAINING TO KENNEDY THAT HER ACTIONS WERE ASSUMED AS THEFT THE EMPLOYER KENNEDY STATED TO HER MANAGER THAT IT WAS ONLY ARBYS AND IT OSNT THAT SERIOUS FOR HER TO ADDRESS HER THE MANAGER COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO THE EMPLOYER WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO GET HER TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW LEGAL BUT THE EMPLOYEE KENNEDY INSISTED THAT IT WASNT THAT SERIOUS TO HER MANGER AND TO GO FIND SOMEBODY AND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO WITH HER TOME I STEAD OF WASTING IT TALKING HER MEANWHILE IM ASKING FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE KENNEDY SAID TO ME THAT SHE IS NOT THE ONLY EMPLOYEE HER ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT meanwhile standing there talking to the other coworkers trying to get them to indulge into the chaos the proceeds to continue to argue with me about completing my order as I mentioned to her that she was being very rude and disrespectful to her manager but most importantly to a paying customer and argumentatively telling 6/7 this job is not that serious it’s only Arby’s as I told her that she should treat customers as such then she started telling me to get out repeatedly as another girl prepared my order. She also said she didn’t care that I call corporate and stated that this location isn’t a corporate location and that nothing was going to happen to her or that she will not lose her job because of this. I’m sorry that this happened but my family and I will not be frequent customers any longer at this location as long as you have people like this working at your store. She repeatedly said it only Arby’s it’s not that serious here if Kennedy doesn’t appreciate and respect the store, her job she’s definitely NOT GOING TO RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS.
This has to\n Be the worst arby's I've ever been to in my life. They closed the dining room said they're short-staffed. It took 33 minutes to get through line with 4 people in front of me, then, on top of it when I get to the window, everybody's standing in the front talking, nobody's even getting food ready called the manager, she says. She's short-staffed, but they're all up there talking and having a good time while people wait almost 30 minutes for their food. Yeah thank you yep

This location has the worst service in the world. Weather you order inside or drive thru your going to wait. And wait. And wait some more, then when you do receive your order it's either cold, missing an item or two or all together wrong. When you do use the drive thru the kid on the speaker doesn't so much as give you a "hello" or a "welcome to Arby's, how can I help you",,, it's typically a very mumbled "order blah, blah,,,," incoherent blabber and forget about any sauce or napkins. I don't typically make bad comments about a place but this place is consistently shitty.
Drive thru takes too long. Staff does not care. Food was cold. Mac and cheese literally hard and iced over. Horrible experience.
