  Tried the new Royale sandwich. Not my thing. Way to salty, super greasy the bread was soaked, the garlic was extreme. Very sloppily made. Waiting for the Philly beef and Swiss return.

  I wish I can give yall a 0 star, I had a water down drink and all my food was cold when I got it.

  Got the kings Hawaiian fish deluxe today and it was old and cold. Absolutely disgusting. Arby’s is terrible anymore and charges too much.. never going back.

  Just went to the drive-thru at Arby's in Struthers Ohio on Youngstown Poland road it seems to me this is an unprofessional atmosphere with the two workers that were there this morning I was getting breakfast from Arby's on Youngstown Poland road and Struthers three four times a week I've decided after today not to go there any longer the heavy said white guy with glasses was working the window this morning with all the clowning and smiling and goofing off going on I can see why he messed up my order the last time the last time I went through there I ordered 4 specific breakfast sandwiches it seems like it only took them a minute to make the sandwiches and there was bacon on there which I don't eat but I didn't ask for at first he asked me for my order at the PA system and then when I got to the window he asked me for my order again and then the sandwich sandwiches were magically made up already I watched him open a sandwich before putting them in a bag and then handing them to me which like I said they were somebody else's order I should have got the hint when the sandwiches were already made up so I called and complained and they made it right the light skin heavy set girl made it right I think she's the manager I went there again this morning at 6:40 a.m. Thursday the 5th of March of course he was working the window again the heavy set white guy with glasses unshaven unkept hygiene terrible and you allowed him back there to make my sandwiches without a face mask on I'm very disappointed in you Arby's if you watch the camera there you will see the manager and him goofing off smiling laughing she threw something pink in his hair while he was making my sandwiches just very unprofessional I watch them the entire time goof off and I also turn my camera my truck camera on them if this is how a manager behaves I'm done with all your stores I promise you and if this is the type of hygiene you teach your employees to use while making and serving our food and goofing off the way they were goofing off throwing things in each other's hair you lost a customer I promise you that I will be going somewhere else for now on go watch your camera at 6:40 a.m. today and tell me if I'm wrong about anything I just said here thank you.
