  They got my order wrong, and didn’t ring 3 items I ordered. Made me wait off the timer. Fry cook was complaining, the whole time about customers coming. They kept apologizing to the young man in the back,who very nice, that he had to come help with customers. The sandwich they did give was extremely soggy and had tons of red ranch sauce. The team that was there at 930 pm should be re-evaluated except the young man on dishes

  Worst Arby's I've ever been to!! Drive through did not send one order out of window. Made everyone pull around. Took over five minutes to get two orders of fries and two regular roast beef. They have you pull around so it looks like the order cleared faster than it did on camera. District manager told me that. Adding to my list of horrible franchises.

  Horrible service. Drinks that taste like the filter in the pop machine need to be changed, and the fries are always cold… even when you ask for “Made to Order.” Fast food is too expensive for the service to be so horrible. Do better!!

  Had two chicken wraps and a fish sandwich that were straight up freezing cold, just thrown in like they couldn’t give less of a damn. The fish tasted nasty as hell and gave me diarrhea instantly that I had to run to the store across to empty out my intestines. Staff were rude and completely useless. Cold food, shitty service, waste of money. This place is a joke. Eat anywhere else.
