  Food can be ok, but the drive thru takes forever. You make a mobile order so you are obligated to be in line. Then it doesn't move and you see people that go inside come out with their food in 10 mins. You can wait in line for 30 mins and still not move an inch.

  The line in the Drive Thru was very long. When I got to the window to pick up my order I had to be more friendly than than the attendant. Her customer service had a lot to be desired.

  Ordered food on the app and went to pick it up. Took almost an hour from time of order. Food was cold and the store didn't have items that were available on the app. We're payed for but didn't receive. Manager wanted to argue about the items. Terrible service.

  I went to eat lunch inside and went to order food and the lady got mean with me and said I have to order food on there kiosk and I only had cash on me so I told her well you lost business from me and left. Unless your going to pay with a card and use there kiosk if your dining inside don't go there. Drive thru is still fine use. Lol

  Avoid this location! Waited 25 minutes in the drive through, and the way its made you can't get out once you drive in. It was easy to see why once I got to the window- the blonde girl with a nose piercing was clearly high on something and had no clue what was going on. (4/14/26 at 7:50pm, in case management cares one ounce). After several minutes of ignoring me or not realizing I was there (my food was clearly ready and waiting), she tried to give me my food before I paid, and then got mad at me for being honest and saying I hadn't paid yet. She took my card and charged it, then proceeded to stand around and talk to coworkers and stare around at nothing for another several minutes. She finally noticed me still there and opened the window to ask what I wanted, and thats when she realized she hadn't given me my card back. I tried to ask her a basic question and commented on the long wait, and she just stared back oblivious and said "whaaaat?" Absolutely horrible service all around, and probably she isn't the only one who needs to be released to other opportunities that involve less customer service. Won't be back, and I recommend others stay away as well.
