  Milkshakes was sour, I know I’m not the only person to complain, Lady was kinda rude offered to make us different shakes. Why would I ever want to get another one there. I’m turned off Milkshakes for awhile now.

  Ordered through the app and waited at the mobile pick up stall for 25 minutes. I had to call to get my order and my ice cream was melted.

  I was waiting in the mobile pickup for 25 minutes for 2 shakes and by the time I called to check on my order it was melted and it was all together a waste of my time. I hope others dont have the same experience.

  My husband waited 45 minutes on a milkshake and it’s so dang thick it won’t even come out the straw smh. I haven’t been here in months because the last time I got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it tasted SOUR it was NOT right. This peanut butter one (went with that bc how can you mess up Pb & vanilla ice cream) well make it to thick to even drink I guess smh after eating with a spoon they barely mixed the peanut butter too bc it was just a ton on top and vanilla ice cream under no PB milkshake. They need to start refining all these people they give terrible food too smh

  Waited 30 minutes in the stall and mentioned to a staff member i'd like a refund so I could leave. 30 minutes later after no food or refund someone came out and was able to refund because there was still no food. I get being short staffed but communication? Oof. Idk if there was no manager on duty until that point or what. 1 hour of my life gone 😆 no food but at least I did get my money back.
