  the lady at the speaker was sweet and did her job well and efficantly, however the person at the counter was not friendly at all. there was a problem with our order so we asked questions and wanted it fixed. they got snappy and walked away we won't be back. I spent too much money to get the wrong items. made how nobody in my family will eat them.

  Dude who are they hiring we didn’t even order because the line didn’t move because I looked in the window at least 10 people just on their phones do not recommend

  Today I arrived at 10:20 PM and waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, until 10:40 PM. There were only about eight vehicles in line, and during that entire time not a single order was taken. I saw multiple cars leave due to the delay. To make sure the restaurant was open, I called and politely asked. The employee who answered responded in an aggressive manner, mentioned they were short-staffed, and then hung up on me. I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, but the lack of communication and customer service in this situation was very disappointing.

  I ordered a coffee from here to go. After I left, I took a sip of the coffee and it was lukewarm at best. I ended up throwing out the cold coffee. I won't be going back here for coffee anytime soon.
