  The girl at the window was super rude, didn't speak to me, basically tossed my food at me, and never told me that was all my food so I sat waiting and she never came back. Also there was a hair in my hotdog

  They get orders wrong, management makes false promises and doesn't notify other shift managers. Seem to make their own rules/policies rather than follow corporates.

  This was the worst experience. Please don't waste your money and go here. My food was absolutely burnt and looked disgusting. I tried to tell the manager and she didn't even let me finish and slammed the window and brought me another sandwich that was a little better but the cheese wasn't even melted. Being the manager you would think that they would have more customer appreciation and better customer communication skills.

  I visit very often before my shifts at work and JERI is AMAZING, she always goes above and beyond, very polite, patient, and helpful, you don’t see that anymore in fast food or just customer service in general so she is GREATLY appreciated, makes me and my coworkers day every-time we stop at Sonic!

  This sonic is either super quick or very slow no in between and lately it’s been super slow. Ordered two slushies, SLUSHIES and it took 30 minutes
