  Service here is TERRIBLE. Ordered takeout and it took them well over a half hour to even acknowledge us. Asked multiple staff members to check on our food and they were extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was beyond frustrating. We were there for over an hour and never received our food, only drinks. After waiting that long with zero progress, we finally had to leave. An hour is unacceptable, especially when nothing has even made it to the table. To be clear, our waitress was not the problem. She was kind, apologetic, and clearly doing everything she could. The real issue is management. She was completely overwhelmed with far too many tables, and it was obvious the restaurant was severely understaffed or poorly managed that night. When your staff is drowning and guests are walking out after an hour with no food, that’s not a server problem, that’s a leadership problem. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to address its staffing and management immediately. Customers shouldn’t have to waste an entire evening just to leave hungry and frustrated. Do better.

  Was in town visiting friends recently and went in for a quick bite. The red head Lauren was phenomenal. She was so attentive and had great knowledge of drinks and food. Next time I’m in town I’m for sure coming to see her again.

  We had a teenagers birthday here and the waitress was amazing and funny! She really made the whole thing a great experience, even standing on a chair and singing happy birthday!
