We were there for over an hour and never received our food, only drinks. After waiting that long with zero progress, we finally had to leave. An hour is unacceptable, especially when nothing has even made it to the table. To be clear, our waitress was not the problem. She was kind, apologetic, and clearly doing everything she could. The real issue is management. She was completely overwhelmed with far too many tables, and it was obvious the restaurant was severely understaffed or poorly managed that night. When your staff is drowning and guests are walking out after an hour with no food, that’s not a server problem, that’s a leadership problem. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to address its staffing and management immediately. Customers shouldn’t have to waste an entire evening just to leave hungry and frustrated. Do better.
