They should consider parceling off part of the parking lot because there is a snowballs chance in hell they’ll ever be able to service a full parking lot. After waiting for 5 minutes to not even be acknowledged by the staff I asked the manager and was abruptly told that “you just gotta be patient”. A simple hey we will be right with you solves that. Worst customer service in Xenia, can’t wait till it goes out of business.

Although being visibly flustered, he tackled all our tables w confidence and attention to detail to quickly get us fed, paid, and out the door in enough time for the kids next game. Hoping management sees this and can give him the recognition he deserves. Great job Caleb!
