They then wouldn’t give me the right number of milkshakes without charging me and wouldn’t apologize. Trash customer service. Horrible experience. Will not recommend this Arby’s to anyone and will be boycotting it myself.

I didn’t get a refund and was told to come back another time for another one. It’s weird I’m not going to come back and ask for a random milkshake that no one knows about. I lost $5+
