  Horrible service. 7 tables sat in the entire restaurant. Three servers on the floor. Took 10 minutes to get a table. Sat for 10 minutes to not get a drink order and we left. On our way out, the table next to us said good choice. This place needs to go retrain in hospitality.

  I ordered my food for delivery, and when I received my order, the beer cheese was spilled throughout the entire order, and the sliders I ordered were prepared wrong, I asked for no sauce and onion, and it was the entire opposite. So not only did I receive very messy food that was covered in spilled marinara and beer cheese, but also sliders that had the onions and gold fire sauce.

  I've been here a hand full of times with no problems. My wife and I came in hungry around 9:30 pm on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. No customers were in the restaurant.The bartender and the carryout worker were cleaning their areas, everyone else was sitting in the back talking. We were sarcastically approached by a worker saying they won't be able to serve us. So without hesitation I said "that's fine with me" and turned right back around and left with my wife. I did not appreciate the male worker grabbing my wife's arm in an attempt to pull her from leaving. There was absolutely no issues at Waffle House that night.

  I’ve usually had great experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings, which is why this visit was a bit disappointing. I placed a call-in order for wings and fries and expected it to be ready when I arrived, but when I got there, the order hadn’t even been started yet. The staff did apologize, which I appreciated, but there wasn’t any effort beyond that to make up for the inconvenience—no small gesture like a drink or discount despite the extra wait. That said, the wings themselves were great as always, but unfortunately the fries were cold. What stood out to me is that I’ve had much better service here before, where the team has gone above and beyond—even offering extras when there wasn’t an issue at all. That’s why this experience felt off compared to what I’ve come to expect. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I wanted to share the feedback since I know how good the service can be here.

  Walked into the place no one greeted me for 10 minutes. When the first person walked out she seemed like she was the manager not entirely sure though. Bring out two bags of food says the name and starts to walk back to the kitchen. I tried saying excuse me atleast 3 times before I had to yell it. Finally caught her attention and she goes “what” I try to tell her my name and she goes I can’t hear you instead of her coming closer I had to yell the name again she hears it says I’ll be back out when I’m back. Everytime she had talked back to me she had a tone. I never had a tone with her to start with which made me not understand why she had one with me. She finally comes back out with my food and as I am trying to ask her a question she goes I have to get the drinks. She walks away from me before I can even say or ask anything. 3 servers on the floor had asked me was I okay and did I need any help. I had told them it’s okay thank you. The lady or who seemed to be the manager had walked back over and I had asked for extra sauce. She had told me that it costed extra. I was not asking for a bottle just a tiny cup of sauce. I had let her know I have never been charger for sauce before because of the issue I had with my boneless wings. Proceeded to show her that the wings she had given me with barely and sauce. They were cold which makes sense because they were ready at 8:20 and she didn’t bring the food out till 8:35. I showed her the wings which have barely any sauce on them. She proceeds to let out a big sigh followed along with an “ugh” okay I’ll get the sauce. Turns around brings me back my sauce and I tell her thank you have a nice one. If I ever good food there again I will dine because I can certainly see the servers have much better consumer service than the manager. While I have been in a restaurant business before the type of manors she had shown to me a paying guest were very disappointing to say the least. Now I am home and while eating I fine a hair in my food this piece of hair is light. I have dark hair it is not mine.
