  Want to eliminate ordering problems . Walk up to the register to order . Touch screen inside and apps fail Now and then the order does not complete. They are happy to take your order face to face .

  They can NEVER get a Fish fillet centered on a bun. NEVER!!! So its stuck to the bottom bun with the cheese HALF off the bun. HACKS ME OFF‼️‼️‼️

  Many times order is wrong. Missing items. Mobile order doesnt go through. I think they may be understaffed because last night my order took a long time. Inside seems dreary. It was remodeled to accommodate more drive through traffic.

  We normally do a mobile order through the drive-through and have minimal issues. However, the last two times we have went it has been a disaster with our mobile order floating through the database, despite my phone saying where I was, my code & my order. I had to wait for 20+ minutes I was in the drive-through asked to come inside and my order eventually came through Which necessarily isn’t their fault But no one knew how to resolve the issue or what was going on. Then this is my fault for not checking, but I was irritated from my wait time. Get home and someone’s meal is not in the bag so back I go wait again to get the correct food— & of course, wait some more. Between driving there, putting the order in waiting and waiting driving home getting food out to going back and waiting this whole dinner run took one hour & I live 5 minutes away.
