I figured they didn't put it on the grill long enough since it was minutes before close, so I popped it in the microwave for a minute and ate. Looking back, I should've known better 12 hours later, I've been throwing up nonstop all morning and been on the toilet 3 times now. Last time visiting this Wendy's location. Better off going to Westerville or Polaris location. Avoid if you value your health.

This time my large Chili was sitting sideways and spilling out in the bag with no crackers or sour crm. Lost 1/2 of the chili. They are generous with napkins. Oh and if you order nuggets it is not likely you receive sauce or the right sauce. Same with salad dressing. Not sure why I keep going back.
