It’s almost worth going inside versus ordering through the carryout at this location. They had us pull up and then completely ignored us even the manager discussed at the window, then completely ignored us until we went in to correct the order.

Hours are extremely irregular, and workers are impolite. It takes forever to get one drink. Overall the drinks are delicious, but the service is horrible.

Or anything with ice cream. They pick and choose what they want to actually make for you. This happens at least twice a week when I go there. I have since stopped going. If I can’t get what I want that’s on the menu I just quit going.

Today's order sealed the deal for me, I no longer want to take the risk here. I even got a very basic "as is on the menu" drink, thinking surely they couldn't mess that up but alas. Not even close. This place is not run by a manager who cares about quality standards by any means.
