- JPjulie packDec 27, 20252.0My husband loves this place, and I just don't get it. This is my second time trying it, and the sub I got today was terrible! First time I tried I think it was a cheese steak maybe, I didn't care for it. This time I got a meatball sub, and the meatballs were cold. They also forgot the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese that comes on the sub. It was ordered on the app and the cheese is automatically included unless you uncheck the boxes. Probably the worst meatball sub I've ever eaten in my life, and there was very little sauce. Also tried the new lasagna soup, and it was actually pretty good.

I can say the subs had enough meat but it was so dry because they barely put condiments / toppings on them. Definitely didn’t seem worth the money.

Worst part it was absolutely cold. Even inside the meatball itself was cold. I nuked my sandwich for 90 seconds to have something warm and palatable. As a family this was a favorite place for the last year. Nope not anymore.
