  Left us waiting for an hour for our food. Just to tell us they ran out, then they proceed to give us expired coupons for the inconvenience.

  We had a great lunch here! The sandwiches were tasty and service was courteous. Love this place!

  My husband loves this place, and I just don't get it. This is my second time trying it, and the sub I got today was terrible! First time I tried I think it was a cheese steak maybe, I didn't care for it. This time I got a meatball sub, and the meatballs were cold. They also forgot the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese that comes on the sub. It was ordered on the app and the cheese is automatically included unless you uncheck the boxes. Probably the worst meatball sub I've ever eaten in my life, and there was very little sauce. Also tried the new lasagna soup, and it was actually pretty good.

  Great sandwiches. Lots of bread choices. Sandwich was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

  Other locations seem to be a better experience. Worthington location seems to have irritated staff that just want you out. Don’t you dare ask a question. I can say the subs had enough meat but it was so dry because they barely put condiments / toppings on them. Definitely didn’t seem worth the money.
