  I asked for a strawberry cheesecake milkshake... they gave me some chocolate strawberry shake... took it back in. They tried to gaslight me saying its what I asked for... I brought it out... looked for a shred of cheesecake.. none... took it back in told them... its not what I asked for... they remade it... a plain vanilla milkshake with a lil strawberry syrup on top.... I just want my money back atp. Its crazy

  I visit this DQ about once a week. Food is always good and have never had an issue with quality. But the last three weeks the service has been worse than usual . The kids that work / run the operation are more interested in socializing with each other than doing their job. The service has never been great but they are down right rood and dismissive. I have never experienced an up-sale attempt but more like a “is that it” before you finish speaking. I don’t remember the last time I saw one of these kids smile. Friday 3/13 I was there with my kids and one received a dip cone with 1/2 of the cone covered , they were pouring toppings from the bowl they were stored in for my blizzard and didn’t fill it with ice cream. Tonight I again took my son and his friend 10 minutes before closing and could only get a cone or a Sunday because they were cleaning up. That is what the order taker told me. Again rood and completely ignored. I actually had to knock on the window because they were chatting it up and acted like they didn’t see us. I understand it’s hard to find help but setting expectations and an understanding with employees are the basics. Also a responsibility adult would be a positive move. We will see next time?

  My kids and I just encountered a very rude staff member by the name of “Cal”.. when I called him out on his rudeness he didn’t even have the decency to apologize. I will not be patronizing this location again even with it being the closest proximity to our home.
