  Can someone share the ownership information or regional manager name at the Wooster location. The person who answered the phone was rather rude and hung up on me when I asked. Thank you. PS. I appreciate you responding to my review, however the request for a number stems from an event that the manager refused to address by continually hanging up on me and others who wished to address an issue with our order. This review and request wouldn't be on Google had he just talked with us. So, once again, if someone has the number of the regional manager or ownership, I'd like to address this at a personal level. We won't be returning to Jimmy John's until we have an opportunity to address this with an actual representative. Thank you.

  Freaky Fast has went to the waist side. I understand being short staffed. But could at least called and said " hey its going to over an hour for you order " called in after hour 15 to get told the Uber driver is on its way to get it . What happened to your driver theyre done for the day.

  What's the purpose of providing a name with each sub for an online order if they don't use them? Our work group of 10 had to open, go through, and guess who's order was who's. Would have so much easier if they would have used the names provided to mark each sub.

  I've been ordering some sandwiches here lately, and much better than some alternative sub places. Hot, fresh, and ready; new favorite lunch spot!
