Since I was close by, I went back a 3rd time. The "manager" took the food that I had issues with and took over 10 minutes to replace them, so at this point, the other food i ordered was cold. The whole experience was discouraging.

I run hot and I like cool temperatures it I even need to wear a jacket when I go in there! Crank up that heat Wendy’s!
