- TMTiffany MillerApr 25, 20253.0Very sweet girl was working by herself and she was doing the best she could. She was very friendly and kind. We saw another worker walking around and even though there was a line never offered to get behind the counter and help. We go to pay and we had a coupon and the coupon wouldn't work so the girl went to get her manager and found out the woman walking around was the manager and she was doing inventory. I totally understand and respect needing to do inventory but what was most frustrating was that she couldn't take a few minutes to come out front to help figure out why the coupon wouldn't work. Wow . . . What pathetic customer service!! The girl apologized that she couldn't do anything because her manager was doing inventory. It's not about us saving money with the coupon, because we didn't complain about that, we paid full price, it was more about how disappointing it was that the manager couldn't take a few minutes to come help this worker. 😕
