Never enough for a review, as it’s just inconsistently made or incorrect drinks. For that, I fault myself for continuing to hope they’d be better the next time for the price Today, however…. Oof Ordered via app- it allowed walk in orders. Submitted a slightly larger order than usual in hopes to get breakfast for two. Get there, line is wrapped out to the street with people blocking the turn lanes to get in. Also blocking main traffic flow. Inconvenient but no immediate dilemma to where you can’t get your coffee eventually, right? Ordered to pick up in lobby, it’s fine if you wrap around to the back of the lot of course? Wrong. Lobby closed, doors locked. Do I have 45 minutes to sit in line? No. But I also can’t go in for refund. Can’t cancel order either. So I basically gave Dunkin a 13 dollar donation today. Huzzah. Don’t go to this one unless you like emotional whiplash. You’d get your order sooner if you traveled 20 minutes to the next nearest one.

And they did. Fast, friendly, and my order is always made the way I ask. Today wasn’t the exception, but the norm for the Wooster shop.
