  They are liars. They don't do what has been done since the sandwiches first became available. Since 2020, they stopped making food the way the customer wants it. And, instead of just being honest, the woman at the counter decided to straight up lie. Yes dominos always let me have extra pizza cheese on my chicken habenero sandwich. Maybe its just wooster sucks and doesn't care. For a FACT Westlake put extra pizza cheese on my sandwich every time i ordered it. But the lying to my face as if i didnt pay for it and eat it regularlyfor years before movung to this area is a terrible way to conduct business. Your employees need to be fired and you need to hire people that actually want to serve the customer what they'd like, obviously within reason. And by the way a different domino's did it for me not too far but too far for me to go to regularly. I dont appreciate liars. In fact liars make me very angry.

  Every Single time I have ordered from here, they have forgot to put Buffalo drizzle on my pizza. Then when you call to get it corrected, they give you and attitude like it's your fault. Problem being, im getting charged for this everytime!

  I placed a timed order on 12/31/25 for dinner- I prepaid online. They never made the food- my husband waited 45 minutes past the pick up time in the lobby after being told it would be out in 5 minutes when arriving. They “ canceled and refunded” my order but did not actually refund. I have reached out to Alfonzo, I have reached out to corporate. Cannot seem to get my money back for food we never received.

  Kind of ridiculous that you can’t place an order over $50 and pay with cash. Took my business elsewhere because I did not want to pay with a credit card or bank card and was told it was impossible to place order over the phone without placing two separate orders and paying with a card. I can understand not accepting $50 bills. But not being able to physically place an order for an amount over $50 is absurd considering it was just 2 pizzas and 2 sides. You’re not taking unauthorized tip money from me anymore :)

  Today they forgot an entire 8 piece of wings. Last time they forgot like $5 in extra sauces. We don't want a credit to our account. We want our order fulfilled correctly when we visit your establishment. You can keep your credit. You can deliver my missing items free of charge to Shreve next time or I'll buy next door from Donatos. Their food is better anyways.
