  Once again the children you have working there don't disappoint. I see so many 1 2 3 stars is it mostly 1 star. All you keep tell ing people is what they want to here. But as usual nothing is done. my orders were wrong once I told the girl at the window she fixed it and shut the door in my face. On top of that didn't turn blizzards upside-down. Im done with wooster DQ 2/25/26 at 7:00 p.m

  I’ve been to many Dairy Queen locations and usually have good experiences, but the customer service at the Wooster location has been consistently poor. I visit every few days, usually at night, and while ordering through the drive-through I’ve repeatedly had unfriendly and dismissive interactions with the same young female employee. This has happened multiple times and appears to be specific to her, not all night-shift staff. I hope management reviews this, as respectful customer service should be standard.

  Their chili dogs were HORRIBLE! Chili was so dry and over cooked that it literally crumbled, the buns were rock hard and their fries were disgusting and half frozen
