  Overcooked fries and then they must have forgotten the mild sauce on my wrap so to make it look like they did it right instead of remaking it, they squirt a bit on the top so it’s like 2 bites of each half and then there’s no sauce. So ridiculous and a waste of money. Won’t be back here

  I would normally have rated this five stars because the food was great and the woman working the desk was very nice. I ordered from the Wooster location and her name was Gracie. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because the online ordering system is kind of ridiculous so again tonight I had to wait 30 minutes past the time in which I was told to be there and my food would be ready before it actually came out. I realized the restaurant is busy but this is getting ridiculous and is happening every time. I know the one time that I just show up half an hour late, is the one time my food will be ready the online ordering system actually says it is going to be ready

  Very very slow service Freezing cold dining area Didn't accept 2 coupons for 2 separate orders because we were at the same table. Will not return.

  ISO: A hydration specialist and a grain of salt. Wecame in for dinner and ended up participating in an accidental 'Survivor' challenge. Our table was over $100, yet by the middle of the meal, our cups were so empty we were considering checking them for a structural leak. No refills on the soft drinks, and apparently, the alcoholic drinks are 'one and done'—regardless of whether you actually want another one. The appetizers arrived solo—no napkins, no side plates, just us and the wings in a raw, primal struggle - SAUCE M.I.A. (I bet they were told to cut back, look at the reviews recently) there’s a common denominator. I eventually had to forage for napkins at the bar like a resourceful woodland creature. Also, a Margarita without salt is just a lonely glass of lime juice with an identity crisis. The food was 'meh' at best, and the service was a ghost act. I left a $5 tip with a note explaining that was for the refills we never saw. Wings? Maybe. Service? Still waiting for the 'Wild' part."
