Didn't really speak to me at all actually , I walked out ....then all of a sudden everyone started speaking behind my back, sure did notice me then. I would love to see video of the interaction and discuss with the owner and manager to be frank . Including the crew that was present. Well that was Monday, it's now Friday. I still have not been refunded . Contacted. Nothing. I mean honestly. I have to beg. 🤣😅

I was forced to have no cake or a cake that was already in the freezer for free, and looks nothinglike the one I ordered. Since this is how they do business and this is my first time going through Baskin-Robbins instead of DQ like I have been for the past 7 years, I will be going back to DQ.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
