  The way that manager with dreads looks at that one younger employee is highly inappropriate, and its not just the looks, you can start to see inappropriate things for the works place happening in his pants, excuse me for the details but it needs to be known. I have came to this Arbys for a little now and now seeing that manager is down there I am in disgust, I guess I will be going back to the one on northend.

  Portions are small price is to much, I ordered doordash my food came cold I'm literally like 5 minutes away I couldn't get it on my own as I was at work, food had to have already been way under temp when they prepared my order why does quality change at later hours? if this unable to be fixed prices should change after a certain time 👌🏻Luckily door dash refunds for not so great quality

  Order wasn't correct got beef and cheddar it was just beef. Fries cold and hard. Got only 1 sandwich ordered 2

  Everytime I come here I'm reminded of how slow they are. It takes about 45 seconds to even be spoken to at the window. By this time I'm usually headed to the other Arby's on the north end of town. If you do manage to have your order taken you'll drive around and find one car at the window and still have to wait 12-20 actual minutes for your food. Doesn't matter what time a day, but never go at lunch time. The building is wrapped with people inside that don't know how to work. This would make a better Chick-fil-A or Culver's because Wooster doesn't need a second Arby's that absolutely wastes everyone's time.
