  Wow. Just...wow. I haven't been to a Chipotle in over a year because of small portions and bad quality. This is just *bad*. I order a chicken burrito bowl. Very small portion sizes. And no chicken! None. Veggies looked like mush in a pan. Horrible atmosphere. Cashier too busy playing on his phone to ring me up, charged twenty bucks for ... What? Oh. And I asked for a large drink. Ignored. Took my "food" and tried to eat what I had. Just awful. This is my last visit to a Chipotle. Avoid this place.

  Stingy! It’s crazy how light they are on everything! This is the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten there and it’s a double chicken! I had to ask for a second scoop of everything, they must be hurting right now

  I wish I could give more stars to increase the morale of this location. It's unfortunate it isn't getting better reviews. In my opinion as my second time here great experience. I've never even considered Chipotle til my second pregnancy. I was greeted formally and staff was kind. I felt bad for having RBF only because I didn't feel well. Mr. Conrad was great as well as Rell, Dawn Quan and the GM Ethan. Thanks Gentleman!!

  If you like to get barked “We’re online only” anytime you want Chipotle, this is the location to come to. Doesn’t matter if it’s dinner rush during the week or Sunday right at opening. Embarrassing Chipotle lets this continue to happen…..

  If I could give this chipotle 0-stars, I would. Absolutely do not order catering from this location. We placed and paid for a nearly $500 catering order that was supposed to be delivered between 7-7:15pm for a party for 40+ people this past Friday. At 7:45 with no food, I finally got ahold of chipotle corporate. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes, and they were useless. They were unable to get in touch with this physical location (they said no one was answering the phone), and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in management anywhere. They said the best they could do was submit a ticket/inquiry to their customer service department that would be resolved in 2-7 days. Finally, we received a text message from door dash saying that a different driver had allegedly picked up and stolen our order. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had 40 people at our house for a party and no food. Chipotle’s response? Giving us a refund for the order. That’s laughable given how disruptive this experience was for our party and how useless Chipotle was in resolving the issue. We ended up ordering $250 worth of pizza from a local company that saved the day. chipotle should give us a $250 gift card to cover the expense from their error. Terrible customer service. It’s no wonder your business is failing.
