My wife and I went thru the drive -thru, placed our order. Upon arriving at home we got the bag and other belongings out of our car, went into the house, opened the bag,my wife's order was correct my order was not. When I took it back, I waited in line inside the store. When I explained what or where the mistake was made I was greeted with attitude about how they were going to fix it was asked what did you want, with attitude, I got my sandwich after 4.5 miles of extra, unnecessary travel. With attitude, but these people that work these places want top pay for minimum performance. You're welcome ya just lost another customer.

Just spent 45 minutes waiting in line/being ignored in the dining room. Service was terrible because they mainly cared about the drive through customers.
Food was a zero because I didn’t even get to taste it. Walked out before my mom blew up about how slow everything was.
Atmosphere was a zero because of how many angry customers there were.
Do better please.
It’s no longer 2020 with covid going on. You can’t just focus on the drive through.
