It's bad enough that you literally have to put "Please do not burn the cheese" in the special instructions section of your order, but then they totally disregard those instructions. Medium pizza with half pepperoni and half bacon was BURNT to the point that you couldn't even tell it had cheese and the pepperoni was dry and hard!!! Another pizza that was supposed to have light sauce, had NO SAUCE at all. It was too dry to even eat. That was 2 out of three pizzas that was ordered, that were trash can fillers only. Strike ??? Pizza Hut!!! You're definitely out on this one. Never again.
