  Rating: Kudos! Not all Wendy's are equal. This one is one of the best in my 40 year history. Friendly and helpful staff and the food is hot and fresh.

  I came in here around 10:30am on 4/14/26. The lunch rush had started and they got rather busy. The lady taking orders was the manager, I believe. She was dressed differently than the other employees. I didn’t catch the name on her name tag, but the name on the recipe said “Alex”. She said they were short staffed so she was helping make food in between taking orders, which was completely understandable. It’s a good thing I stood up there to wait on my food as I was able to watch her make my order. This woman, after handling money, started making my wrap without gloves and without washing her hands. She was also on her phone, while making my wrap, touching the screen, etc. At one point, she dropped her phone on the dirty floor, picked it up and continued making my wrap. Having worked in fast food, and also having common sense, I knew that was extremely unsanitary; a complete health code violation. Since they were so busy and I was unable to wave her down, I sat down and waited until the rush died down to let them know I either wanted a refund or a new wrap. They threw the old wrap away and made me a new one which I greatly appreciated. My main point here is that I would have eaten that dirty wrap if I had not stood up there to watch her make it. Also, I imagine several other people sitting around me were most likely eating dirty food without knowing it. This is exactly how people get sick!!

  Ordered sour cream & chive potato, didn't get any sour cream or butter. Ordered a double stack sandwich, got a single patty cheeseburger with only onion and pickle.

  I don't frequent fast food very often. I visited with my daughter and granbabies. My burger was great
