Left work drove 10 to get lunch. Drove back to work, found out did not get what I ordered. Instead some nasty looking sandwich! The girl at drive thru wasn’t even paying attention. She was not looking at me while handing me my order but talking to other employees. Stopped going for awhile because service was so bad! Guess there’s been no improvement!!

Worst Wendy's around it takes forever to get thru the drive thru, they ain't never busy and it's a joke for it to take 30 mins in the drive thru when two cars are in front of you.new management is needed here been this way since COVID! That's like five years now this place has sucked I would rather have a ralleys or a long John slivers back in yo over this BS!

Ordered online at 345pm got there at 415pm line was long in drive thru so I went in to pick up food and stood there for 20 min with no help or being asked what I needed then went back to my car got back in drive thru line were I waited another 25 min to only be told to pull forward to the door that my food was still not ready did not get my food till 500pm they need to really figure thing out I manage a business myself and the wait for food here is horrible...
