    I was having a rough day today and my husband decided to pick me up from work and take me out to eat to cheer me up. We went in and began to order food and the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her a footlong chick bacon ranch sub. She started making my sandwich and asked what cheese and I told her shredded. She grabbed a handful of cheese and placed it on the sub in a swiping motion which caused half the cheese to go across the counter. She then placed the chicken and bacon on the sub and I decided I wanted extra cheese since half of it fell off. When I stated could I have extra cheese, I apparently made her mad and she proceeded to grab my chicken and bacon off the sandwich and place it on the counter next to my sub and then went to the back and grabbed another container of cheese (which confuses me bc the first container didn't look empty). She threw cheese on it and then reapplied the chicken and bacon from the counter onto my sub sandwich (this time some of the bacon fell off when she had taken it off). Then threw it into the toaster. She then made my husbands sandwich and then when she came back to me to add the toppings, I made the mistake of asking for extra ranch (stupid me) because she then suffocated my sandwich in ranch. I was obviously fuming mad but managed to never say a word. I went to pay and she said she could take a gift card number. My husband just gave her cash and we went to sit down and then left without finishing because I was so mad and my day was honestly just worse and I would have preferred to have not eaten. What a waste of time and money. I order my lunch here all the time and probably will never be back.

    This Subway was honestly rough from start to finish. The place looked dirty the moment I walked in — tables messy, counters not wiped down, and overall just uninviting. The lettuce looked old and wilted, and the tomatoes were sliced so thin they were practically see-through. They even tried to count the end piece of a tomato as a full slice. The employee making the sandwich seemed completely distracted by… nothing in particular. And to top it off, she was wearing Rudolph the Reindeer pajama pants while working the counter. Between the unprofessional appearance and the overall lack of care, this location feels like it’s running on autopilot. Definitely not what I expect from Subway — won’t be coming back to this one.
