  The employees were not friendly. Asked for extra of certain things and barely got any! Had to ask for extra onions because when I asked for them on my foot long they put 3 on there!! Didn’t even cover a quarter of the sandwich!!! Horrible experience!

  They overcharged for a whole sandwich and then refused to refund us. (FYI- we paid cash!!!) Said the only thing they could do was make the sandwich. I offered to use that money for the person behind us and they refused to do that as well. We didn’t need or want another sandwich. So they stole 8 dollars from us.

  No cookies, staff was moving very slowly, provolone cheese was frozen solid. I was standing in line for almost 10 minutes and I didn't see staff change their gloves once. The employees also completely left their stations while I was waiting to order.

  I ordered online and when I got home one of the subs was completely wrong and when i called to figure out why my sub was wrong the guy who answered the phone said "I dont know what to tell you" like are you serious... 😡 I wont be going back.
