  It’s off putting that this tastes different than every other chipotle out there. I have given this location at least half a dozen chances but every time things are cold, they taste stale and they are always out of chips. The dead giveaway is that every time I’ve been in there, there has NEVER been anybody cooking.

  We had a great experience tonight with our pick-up order! Food was great and the workers were kind! This is such a huge turn around from how this location was ran months ago. We have a large family so it’s expensive when we decide to pick-up dinner and I read on Facebook that anyone who had a bad experience before, to please give this location another chance due to new management and workers. So yes I agree! If you had a bad experience before you might be surprised like we were and have a completely positive purchase! Thanks Chipotle!!

  NEVER SPEND YOUR TIME / MONEY HERE. Honestly this establishment is a joke from the staff to the managers to anyone that has a hand in this location. I waited an hour and paid $22 for my bowl to look like this ( mind you I asked for double protein) I would’ve enjoyed lighting $22 on fire and watching it burn , it would’ve given me more satisfaction the is meal . I will say they are good at one thing I’d even say they are excellent at it and that’s being consistently horrible . No matter how many complaints they get or negative reviews nothing seems to have changed. If this is the standard for people’s work ethic in this town no wander DHL left years ago. Sucks this one of only 5 places to eat at, but I guarantee I’ll never come here. Hotheads might not be as on par but at least I don’t feel like I’m getting shorted when I go there and good really good portion sizes .

  DO NOT EAT HERE! THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS. THE KITCHEN IS DIRTY WITH OLD FOOD ALL OVER THE COUNTERS (LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE THEY HAD A FOOD FIGHT) THE EMPLOYEE WAS MISSING SO MANY TEETH SHE SPIT IN THE FOOD WHEN SHE TALKS. CANT ROLL A BURRITO INTO ANYTHING BUT A RIPPED CIRCLE BLOB AND SERVED IT IN A TORN FOIL. I ORDERED A LARGE CHIP AND GOT 2 GOOD CHIPS OUT OF THE BAG AND THE REST WERE BURNT AND STUCK TOGETHER. THE CHICKEN WAS SO OLD IT WAS HARD AND INEDIBLE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST $45 DINNER FOR TWO.

  ( don’t mind the 4 bites I took already ) Absolute worst chipotle in all of the U.S , the food is good don’t get me wrong at least the taste is something enjoyable but what good is that when this place is rationing like it’s 1940 and Germany is flying overhead . I should’ve known doing an order pick up I was about to be done dirty, when you go in person a lot of the workers have the worst attitude like it’s your fault they are in the position/ situation they are dealing with in life . Then they act like the food is coming out of their paycheck and like I’m going to charge them for feeding me. Granted employees give what they are told to by management but damn does it seem like they do less then that , circling back to the reason for this review I paid and ordered double chicken and I might as well have ordered a rice and bean bowl because I had maybe 9 pieces of chicken (small tidley winks) of it mind you . Frustrating when you do a normal portion it’s like a 1/4 scoop so to pay for double and them have given me double via thoughts is absurd. Management you all suck to put it plainly and need to do better because to practically rob people legally by giving less the bare minimum is diabolical and needs to change .
