They didn’t even start on the order. Stood and waiting until almost 7:30 and they still didn’t start on the order other people had been waiting an hour or so then when we ask about our order, their manager was extremely rude to my wife and seven year-old daughter and told us that it was a us problem because it was a mobile order would not give us a corporate number or a refund and never received our food manager. Definitely needs to be fired and this place needs a whole new staff or shut down. It’s definitely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to I will never return.

I have been here about 3-4 times and every time it’s a hectic unpleasant experience. The last time I went, the staff were having a verbal disagreement so loudly in front of customers, that some people left and it made the experience awkward standing there. After redirecting their attention from fighting to helping customers that have been standing in line forever, they proceed to tell the line that their credit card machine is down and they’re only accepting cash. This is my final straw with this ratchet location. I don’t foresee this location staying open. Needs an entirely new staff and especially a new set of managers.
