    8pm, Doors locked, no sign, people inside eating, employees just looking at us from the counter. I'm a few days late posting this but multiple people walked up and had the same issues so I'm surprised not to see more reviews about it, I guess it's just common here.

    i ordered through the app about $60 worth of food. i went to pick it up, and the doors are locked and there’s a CLOSED sign on the door. I tried calling different numbers, getting in contact with different support employees and after an hour, I didn’t get any help. I wanted a refund, since I didn’t get my food, but they refused saying the store was indeed opened because that’s what it said online. now i’m out $60 and didn’t get the food. this has been beyond irritating. it’s always something wrong at this location.

    Placed online order, waited until my app said order was ready, pulled up to the window and waited 15 minutes for the lady to open the window and hand me my order!! :( I tried to get her attention, I could see the bag with my name on it! 3 cars behind me honking, OMG just open the window and hand me my food that I already paid for! How about clear these cars out of the drive-thru before starting more orders for people not sitting there staring at you! I know this job can be stressful, but common sense please pass out the food and clear the drive-thru! Do better ladies!
