  I ordered 2 snack wraps on the mobile app at 9:48pm tonight and when I got home I bit into the snack wrap to find the chicken was completely raw! I immediately spit the food out and could tell something was wrong. I grabbed a knife and cut into the second chicken wrap and it was also completely raw. I puked for 20 minutes straight and feel sick to my stomach as I write this review. Beyond unsanitary and disgusting 🤮 I’ve never experienced this in my life. I also almost never eat McDonald’s but it was late and easy… that was my first mistake. McDonald’s on Vine St needs a serious visit from the Health Department and fined.

  Worst service ever!!! Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Tried to order a 2 filet o fish meal. Took 4 attempts to convince the server that I did not mean two MEALS ($20) but the special they have been running all month for a 2 SANDWICH meal ($10) Then, they wanted me to “pull ahead to the next window” (code for you wait for 20 minutes while we serve every body else.) When I refused, the manager threatened to call the police. Nice customer service 👎 I am sure the home office is thrilled. This used to be one of the top selling McDonald’s in NE Ohio. Not anymore 😖

  Went through the drive through ordered 2 snackwraps a quarter pounder. Was told to pull around past the 3rd window. Ive been sitting here for 20+ minutes waiting for them to bring my food out. They didnt even give me a receipt after I paid so I cant go in and ask them about it.

  Had the pleasure of meeting the owners (very nice people) one day and everything was running smoothly. Came in today, cashier had an attitude also took my order wrong. Upon waiting the cooks are in and out the kitchen, EVERYONE focused on delivery orders and drive thru while about 10 people were standing waiting. I waited 5 min just to get someone to fix my coffee and would of waited longer if I didnt yell, Again gave me the wrong order. Owners are great, staff is a joke.
