  Dayshift female manager is EXTREMELY rude. Do not go to this store. Placed an order through uber eats for breakfast at 10:10am for breakfast and the delivery people kept canceling so I called the store to see why, and the manager said she was refusing to make my order since it wasn’t “placed until 10:45” which is just a blatant lie, and stated they had “no breakfast food in the building”. This chick needs fired

  Did not receive my 10 nuggets, My children are devastated 😢. Tried calling the store for a refund but does not accept calls. Order cost over $30 too.

  So today about 10:30 on Dec 25th 6-8 cars where in the drive thru windows. We all waited for about 10-15 mins for an employee to acknowledge us. No one did! So one lady in the window next to me got out to see what was going on. She came back to tell us that McDonalds has closed without warning! How inconsiderate that no employee came to let us know that they had closed. There were several door dash drivers who couldn’t pick up their orders. I understand that people don’t want to work & those that do are over worked. But to blatantly disrespect your customers is unacceptable. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

  Don't go here. We dined in. The guy didn't get our order correct so we had to go back to the counter 3xs. Then right before we were leaving we ordered a smoothie & this same person handed us a smoothie that was dripping all over including at the top & never wiped it off. Terrible

  This mcdonald's location is the worst location I ever been to yesterday for breakfast I ordered a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin and a hashbrown where do I start the hashbrown was very greasy, cold, and disgusting my godchild didn't even want to eat it and said it was disgusting next the steak egg and cheese mcmuffin was old, burnt, and dry I tried to eat it not noticing at first that it was like that so it started cutting my throat when I tried to eat the breakfast sandwich so that's when I noticed it was bad so let's fast forward I took it inside the restaurant and told the manager how bad it was and asked can they remake the breakfast sandwich and she said no I'm not remaking you anything trying to accuse me of trying to eat the food and bring the food back to get free food when that wasn't true at all when I clearly showed her the food was bad so she proceeded to keep telling me she's not making me anything being very rude for no reason at all and was very racist so the manager started accusing me of trying to get free food because I'm black very unacceptable I will never return to this location again in my life the food is very disgusting they also had the line very long can't even get the customers out of the drivethru while having a full staff and the customer service is gutter trash like the workers also the workers outside smoking cigarettes while the line is wrapped around the building.
