I have no idea why a fast food place doesn't automatically bag what you get. There were no napkins either! Thank God the cashier was polite enough to give me 3 individual bags! Hopefully Arby's will take my suggestion into consideration and start bagging everything you order in the drive thru and also put napkins in there too! 🙄
