  Absolutely terrible, worst chipotle I've ever been to, chicken, corn, and rice had frost. Completely frozen, bad quality meat. Enviorment was trashed food on the wall. Bad experience overall.

  Better Effort, But Poorly Managed, Dirty, and Cold Food I came to this location specifically to escape the terrible service at the Chardon Road store. While the experience was slightly better and they actually had food in stock, the lack of organization and cleanliness still made for a very frustrating visit. The Standout Worker: There was one tall Black guy working who was clearly carrying the team on his back. He was professional, attentive, and doing his absolute best despite being visibly overworked and stressed. He started our bowls and was the only one truly focused on the customers in the building. The Problems: • Lack of Cleanliness: The environment still wasn't the cleanest. I’m used to seeing Chipotle workers wipe down the counters as they go to prevent a mess, but here, there were food and toppings all over the counter. It’s unappealing to walk in and see the prep area in that state. • Non-Existent Teamwork: After the first worker started our bowls, the next person in line—who was supposed to add the toppings—completely abandoned us to work on mobile orders. Then, the cashier did the same. Our food sat on the messy counter getting cold while the staff scrambled around. • The Result: The worker who started our bowls eventually had to step back in and finish our order himself because no one else would. By the time I got home, the meal was cold and nasty. Bottom Line: The staff at Willowick seem to be trying harder than the Chardon Road location (where they were just "BS-ing" around), but they are clearly overwhelmed and unorganized. Management needs to prioritize store cleanliness and fix the workflow so that physical customers aren't ignored for DoorDash orders.

  Very poor service. Staff is generally very rude. They severely overcharge for very minimal portions. I was charged nearly $14 for a bowl with significantly less than normal portion sizes. Do not recommend this location would suggest going to another chipotle.

  This place is not that old. It’s always super slow. It’s a heavyset black guy super unapproachable. He expects you to tell him everything you want on your bowl without him asking His attitude is super poor. I literally have to go to Willoughby to get my food when I live in Willowick and it sucks, you guys need to do better Poor management.

  Takes way to go long to get served. The food bar is a complete mess. Chipotle should be embarrassed of this location it's absolutely shameful.
