  I've visited this location twice in the last few months and been extremely disappointed both times. The first time I ordered a gyro and when I got home I found that the pita bread was stale, dried out and quite inedible. Tonight I ordered an Italian Beef sandwich with extra giardiniera , for which I was charged extra. The sandwich had almost NO giardiniera, and what very little there was turned out to be all celery, no carrots and not one single pepper. In addition, they really skimped on the beef. If you go to this location and use the drive thru, make sure you inspect your purchase before you pull away, because they obviously couldn't care less about the quality of what they sell you.

  What's the purpose of doing online pick up when you dont have the order ready and you take care of all the in line customers first?

  We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 of the $7.99 box meals and a regular roast beef sandwich. I had to go in and ask for a bag for each dinner box. I have no idea why a fast food place doesn't automatically bag what you get. There were no napkins either! Thank God the cashier was polite enough to give me 3 individual bags! Hopefully Arby's will take my suggestion into consideration and start bagging everything you order in the drive thru and also put napkins in there too! 🙄

  I like Arby's food so that's a given. The service was quick and efficient. The crew member could give me info on meals and what's on the sandwich I asked about. Pleasant experience. Do recommend! 😊
