  Gross hair unkept! Worst attitude I've ever witnessed. Left without food......Bad bad manager to allow that! Won't stop for a drink even ever again!

  Location has went absolutely downhill over the last course of the years!! No friendly faces, everyone in there seems to hate their job. At this point why don’t you guys just close down??? First thing I noticed was when my money was taken by what seemed to be the manager (fair skin lady with brown hair, maybe green eyes if I remember correctly) my money was taken but I wasn’t given back any change. I gave a $20 for a $12 combo (also added bacon) I thought that was strange but didn’t have chance to question it since I was rushed to pull forward and wait which should have been my second red flag. I waited over 10+ minutes to receive my food and I unfortunately made the mistake of not checking it before pulling off. Imagine to my surprise when I got home and finally sat down to eat that my chicken was still raw… If this is how you conduct business I want no parts of it!!!! I will not be back at all and I WILL be contacting corporate about my experience at this location.

  never open on time not even 30 minutes after they're supposed to waited 30 minutes not one even peep from the speaker explaining anything and its not just todat everytime i come up there when they open in the morning theyre not ready. I was a breakfast manager for 2 years ik you get there an hour beforehand. disappointing.

  This was my first job 17 years and it is way different now. Valentina helped me out throughout the drive-through and she was absolutely amazing and I hope she’s here every time I come back in the future. This is probably the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life! Thank you, Val. I’ll look out for a review from Jdee. Thank you. I appreciate you. Take care.

  The people employed here should not be allowed in the food industry. Every time I pay this location a visit, there’s a discrepancy either with my food itself or the service. This visit was the service. Unfortunately this is one of those food locations that has incredibly poor service with the staff and general management. As I was on the receiving end of nothing short of an attitude and pure disrespect, I simply wanted a small snack on Easter Day to hold me over until dinner time. The lady taking orders/cashing out was so rude. The worse service I’ve experienced in years. The eye rolling, the smart mouth, the demeanor of this lady, she should not deal with customers in any setting. Yet alone food handling/service. Sadly, while this interaction took place, the general manager watch and condoned this behavior. The worst store on the street. Extremely disappointed in this service in this area, I’ve never been left with this emotion after any of my dealings with any other business within the Som Center area.
