  Drive through: Worker asked if I wanted to 'round up' to the nearest dollar for some charity, I replied 'no', but she rounded up anyway. This has happened once before. If it happens again, I'll leave without paying and go somewhere else!

  When they finally get around to handing you your order, and if you're lucky they'll even manage to hand you the right one, expect it lukewarm at best. Second most recent time I went, I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru (there were only two cars ahead of me) just to get to the window, the guy at the window told me he didn't know how to handle mobile orders, then closed the window and left for another 15 minutes before coming back and handing me a cold order. This time I decided to go inside, and what do I find? 6 employees. One training, one teaching, and 4 standing around (some even sitting on the counter) yapping and ignoring the lobby full of people waiting to order. I'd ask if these people have second jobs working at the Wendy's, but I already know they don't, because the 5 minute drive would be too much work for them.

  Taco Bell food has change and not for the better. I only ordered cuz I was given a gift card. I regret my order. I placed my order online for pickup. I waited almost 15 minutes at that window for my order. The person at the window never acknowledged me, apologized for the long wait. My food was terrible. The portions sizes have shrunked. There was barely any beef and chicken in my food. 2 if the items I ordered were badly wrapped and the sour cream and beef were smeared and stuck to the wrapper. It was gross. This is the Taco Bell in Euclid Ave and Rt.91 in Willoughby,OH. Where the portions shrink, ingredients are barely there but you pay more for crap service and food. I hope others have better service there but I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm glad I had a gift card and I technically didn't waste money out of my pocket. Awful, awful service and food.

  At no point should I have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for two fountain drinks. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to waste that much time on such a simple order. They really need to train their staff to be more aware and efficient. It’s not difficult to look at the order screen and prioritize which orders should be handled first. I already sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without the line moving at all before deciding to go inside. And the fact that someone else was handed an entire meal before we even got our drinks is just unacceptable.
