Rice was so hard or maybe never cooked. I tried calling this store over 4 or more times nobody ever answers the phone. All I wanted is what I paid for a decent meal instead of throwing it in the trash.

Placed an order on mobile app and showed up about 20-25 min later the burrito was not made so I waited they kept telling me it’s be a few more minutes. After standing in an almost empty restaurant until it got full for 30-45 more minutes for them to tell me the order never went through. So I went to chipotle and walked in and had food in about 3 minutes. I hate to rate so poorly since I couldn’t even try the food but I won’t be going bad to try them anytime soon. Needs restaffed and trained.

Stopped up there to grab a late dinner at 8:30 on a Saturday, ordered chicken and steak as double meat and a bag of chips and they tried to ring me up for $37.00, telling me that I ordered double chicken when I did not. Ask for my money back so I can go order again and the cashier told me "respectfully that we aren't going to service my order tonight". Mind you there was no one else in the restaurant and everything was full. I could see why no one goes there. What incredibly horrible customer service, they should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers that way and corporate should look too see who was working this shift and correct the behavior before they chase all their customers away
