  Do not eat here!!! I waited over an hour for them to only make part of my order!!!! I only ordered two personal pans!!!! Do not eat here!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

  We have been coming to the buffet for years. I heard today it was under new management and it shows. Coffee was cold, the buffet wasn't full like it normally was. I found out my one of my favorite servers quit and I found out ehy in one of these other reviews. This new management is also making weird pizza. The mushrooms on the buffet looked raunchy and no pasta. The excuse was the truck. Don't you think deliveriesshould be before they open for business ? They should be better prepared. I am not impressed, something to change. This new management is not the solution. It's a huge red flag when 5 employees walk out due to the manager disrespect in front of customers. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, rude.

  Sat down and waiting 10 minutes for someone to take order. One hour later person came back and said it would take another 45 minutes. This is the worst service I ever had. There were workers just standing around and one or two workers doing what little work was being done at this restaurant.

  when most of your reviews are one star, it shows. supposedly they are under new management. however , we ordered a couple pizzas & sides around 6pm last night, they did not arrive until 8:10. the food was cold & all of it was wrong, we ordered stuffed crust and received thin. ontop of our garlic bread was overcooked and disgusting. when we called, we obviously asked for a manager. was told we were talking to one only to find out we weren’t, then we talked to another “manager” and they hung up on us while we were talking, take your business elsewhere folks.

  We have been eating at Willoughby Pizza Hut for a long time and we have always enjoyed great food, service and atmosphere! The past few weeks that we have been coming the place has been going downhill fast. We heard there was a new manager. Last week we heard the manager yelling at a staff and we were sitting clear in the front of the restaurant. Every table in the place was dirty. The buffet table was empty and they were not refilling. Tonight we ate there again. 1 person ordered buffet, the other two ordered a personal pan. After 45 min, the 1st personal pan arrived. They said the other would be about 10 min. That person said forget it and would order salad bar instead. Out of lettuce on salad bar and a few other items. Workers behind counter talking. Not keeping salad bar filled / area clean. The floor throughout the restaurant had food on it and many tables had used utensils under it. Only a few people in the restaurant. Loud music. Then of all things, the cash register was not working. Luckily, we all had exact change or at least over, but close to it. We won’t be coming back anytime soon, if at all.
