I'm so happy this location exists cause it's closer to Mentor than Lyndhurst and a bit better. Also like that they have the shrimp back, whether it's for Lent or not, cause it gives people another option for a Friday meal

The rice we were seved came from a pan that wasnt event in the steam well.The Lime Shrimp was cold, very overcooked and hard with zero flavor. The guacamole had so much salt in it that it was inedible and ruined the bowl. The bowl with chicken barely had any chicken. To top it off, we were charged $5.95 for a small bag half full of broken chips, and a 4oz plastic remakin of quest. When I approached the girl behind the counter to ask about the queso, because after eating and it being our 1st time there i vouldnt help but wonder, she looked very confused, barely said a word, and did in fact confirm that we were given the wrong size. Atthis point we were ready to leave and I didn't want more quest. No refund or anything was offered she just stood there staring at me. I also informed her about the guacamole which again, with a confused look she just stared at me. Between the almost $40 horrible meal plus tip and the music absolutely blasting in the restroom, we will stick to Chipotle.
