  I walked into QDoba on Euclid Ave. 8:50pm - 8:54pm 11/20/25 .....Willoughby and was shocked at the lack of care or concern for professionalism. Workers were behind the counter actively on their cell phone, actively drinking smoothies, walking around behind the counter eating food, eating food while cashing people out at the register.....workers were acting as if they were at home hanging out with their friends.....unfortunate seeing as I was so excited to get a QDoba in our area....Many times I try to give the grace of youth but this was beyond ghetto and embarrassing......I wanted to dine in but the behavior completely turned me off from it....

  Deleted my previous review because wow this was bad today! Came here when they first opened and it was fantastic came in today (11/20) and the place was a disaster! They had a line of online orders, people were complaining that their orders should have been ready 20+ min ago. There was trash all over the kitchen floor, they were out of almost everything, The employees were more interested in playing on their phone, there was even slime coming out of the fountain nozzle.....

  I was in there today and the guy making my food took forever to just start my food because he was playing on his phone. Then finally he made them but couldn't roll it! I looked at the manager standing at the register and she and another guy are just standing there on their phones! She finally looked up at me after I had to tell the guy making my food that the ends weren't rolled so its all gonna fall out, she then took over and fixed it. I understand that he may be new at this but you dont fold a burrito like a taco. I then thanked her and she didnt even reply. She just looked annoyed. I would recommend anyone going here set expectations low for customer service. Food is great tho.

  Extremely disappointed in my experience here. I schedule a pickup order ahead of time for 4:45, which is the time I arrived. I did not end up leaving with my food until 5:20. Despite this long wait, I was offered no updates or apology by the staff. I also understand that online orders can slow a place down, but in the entire 35 minutes I was there, only about 6 or 7 online orders were put out. In addition to the horrible service, the dining room was dirty, with trash around the floor everywhere and grime on many tables and walls. The only saving grace here is the food, but I’d hardly call it worth the hassle of everything else. I will not be back.

  I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent lunch visit with my daughter. While our meal was pleasant, the experience was ruined by the incredibly unprofessional conduct of a manager toward an employee. I was seated near the register and witnessed the following events: An employee was patiently assisting a customer who was on his phone. A female manager, who appeared distracted while on her own phone, came over and snatched a tray from the employee in a highly unprofessional manner. The manager did not apologize to the employee, and her poor treatment of her staff was clearly visible and upsetting to me as a customer. The same manager was later heard cussing loudly in the back of the restaurant, using the word "ass." This language is completely inappropriate for a business, and especially shocking to hear with a child present. On the other hand, I must praise the employee who served us our food; he was very kind and nice despite what appeared to be a difficult work environment. A manager's role is to lead by example, and this individual's behavior, including disrespecting an employee and using profanity, is unacceptable. This poor management directly affects the dining experience for customers. I strongly believe this needs to be addressed immediately before it negatively impacts your business further.
