  I've been waiting for more than a hour and a half for an order placed online directly through puzzahut. I made multiple calls to check the status and haven't been able to get a clear answer as to where my food is even though the store reported it as delivered. It was stated that they have no way of tracking deliveries that have been sent out for delivery. Rude staff would not allow me to speak to the manager either. Will not be ordering from this location again due to lack or organization, customer service, and professionalism. Edit: Placed order at 5:00pm delivered at 6:52 (eta was 45mins)

  My favorite pizza place taste just like it did from the early 2000's and there customer service is top tier and they also have a buffet cant be this place

  Got the big New Yorker today because I wanted pizza on my birthday. It was the worst pizza (second worst actually) I’ve ever had in my life. I ate 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. It came cold so we had to reheat it in the oven. Ordered it with extra cheese as well and this is what we got.

  Pizza was terrible I ordered the triple box with the pan crust and extra sauce pizza was dry as hell ever since that young guy started workign there that’s a manger named Kyle the pizza has been terrible the other manager with the glasses is the best with the pizza never had a issue but that other guy just terrible it’s like he takes the pizza out the oven super late……everytime I get pizza when he works it’s always cooked way too long and dry wasted 24.99 and then I paid extra for the cheese sticks instead of breadsticks ended up getting regular breadsticks won’t be back to this location ever until they get new staff and start over not to mention I always pay extra for original pan crust because I hate the hand tossed pizza and of course they make both pizzas hand tossed to make it worse like cmon dude check the receipt and do a quality check on the pizza it’s not hard now u just lost a customer because of laziness
